Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to hold all reservations. Cancellations after 7 days of booking will be charged 50% of charter. Cancellations within 5 days of charter will be charged 100% of charter.
Gratuity: Gratuity is optional, but customary of at least 20%.
Methods of Payment: Cash, Checks, and most major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover). All checks must be cashed 7 days prior to any rendering of service.

Extended time: If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, remaining time will be charged in 1/2 hour increments. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract.
Extra Charges: Most packages are all inclusive. If there are any extra service charges it will be highlighted in your contract.
Multiple Stops: All stops must be prearranged before the charter begins. Due to the size of our vehicles our drivers must plot out each course. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the driver's discretion.
Damage to Vehicles: Parties causing damage to vehicles during a charter are directly responsible for any and all cost for repair. To avoid any damages please read the following: No Smoking, No feet on bars, No leaning on glass holders, No standing outside moon-roof, NO playing with electrical switches and No reckless behavior.
Max Capacity: Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines.
Ashley Limousine will not stock or permit alcoholic beverages in our vehicles with passengers under the age of 21. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance and will result in termination of charter without any refund. Additional beverages are provided.
